"Was absolutely no help with a claim at all. Nobody ever answers phone and when you get a call back, it is never from Scott. No matter how large of a claim you have. Communication with State Farm in general, is nothing like what agents used to be. They are happy to throw you a policy when you buy a house, but can’t be bothered to look at it before they do. So, then they want to drop you if you don’t do major repairs."

Insurance storm-damage claims are handled through documented inspections by the Claims Department and in accordance with the applicable carrier requirements. Our role is to provide accurate information and professional support throughout that process—not to involve ourselves in personal disputes.
